Vital View - Premier League - 16th-17th December 2017

The Premier League season continued with the latest round of games played over the weekend.

Crystal Palace's lunchtime win - which kicked off the games - at Leicester took Roy Hodgson's side out of the bottom three.

Victory for West Ham at Stoke saw the Hammers join Palace outside of the drop zone, the Potters just about stay out of trouble. However, West Brom - who didn't play until Sunday - and Newcastle - beaten at Arsenal - slipped below the line.

Manchester City's 16th consecutive win was secured when they dismantled Tottenham to open up a 14 point lead.

Sunday saw two games, firstly Manchester United secured the points at West Brom to reduce City's lead back to 11 points, whilst leaving the Baggies in the bottom three - Bournemouth's thrashing from Liverpool at Dean Court keeps them just above it.

Here's a round-up of the Premier League results with one game to take place.
